I loved watching my parents, newly married, smiling and waving at the old 8mm camera. Silent and jumpy, their story is still incredibly fun to watch. Fast forward to 2015 and the cameras, even our phone cameras, are able to record AMAZING footage of our families. Like many of you, I wondered, “Now what’s to be done with this collection of snippets of my life? Why is my video always so shaky? How do I create something worth keeping for my kids?”

This workshop is not for professional photographers who are wanting to start a film making business. Again, we are covering basics. But if you are a photographer who wants to learn video to capture your family and bits here and there, this IS for you. I plan to host a second worksop in 2015 specifically designed for artists and photographers wanting to learn how to build showreels to promote their business and possibly launch into film making. Please contact me if you would like to be notified when workshop enrollment opens.
