Romance

There are so many things I love about this picture.  But I think what I love most is that these aren’t newlyweds, but good, ol’ married folks.  Precious.  I loved watching this husband dote on his wife.  I loved how he would just look at her, smiling when she didn’t know it.  I loved how he touched her all evening, helped with children, talked to her as I went off to photograph the kiddos.  With divorce rates on the rise, witnessing this kind of marriage made me want to cheer.  You can tell just by looking at them that he loves her.  He cares for her.  He adores her.  He woos her and pursues her, and not many husbands do that 2, 5, 10 years into marriage.  I was so inspired and blessed.

Thank you R and K.

F Family

One of my favorite thing is reconnecting with clients.  I met this family two years ago and had a blast!  This year I was just blown away by how grown up the girls are!!  Thanks, Liz, for allowing me to photograph your sweet family and for being willing to traipse through fields, climb over fallen trees, and roll down hills…

F Family

These sweet girls.  I just wanted to put them in my pocket.  I loved spending a glorious, sunshiny evening with the family; they made my job so easy!

Beautiful Ellis

I loved spending time with Ellis.  She’s not only beautiful on the outside, but her heart is beautiful as well.
